Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro announced on March 1st, 2019 that she’d hired me, Sarah Locke, to be her new campaign manager. It would be an understatement to say this was the call I’d been waiting for! I was born and raised in New Haven, CT and have been working on campaigns and with local activist groups for most of my time here. I also serve as a Zoning Commissioner on New Haven’s Board of Zoning Appeals, and as a co-chair on New Haven’s Democratic Town Committee. In addition to my government and campaign experience, I’ve helped advocate for working people on behalf of Planned Parenthood, Working Families Party, and CT Equality.
